Makayla is something

I wanted to say this little miracle baby is something.When I got pregnant with her my Lupus was in a so so stage.I had some issues and almost lost her but here she is.My Mom said I needed something to focus on and make me want to get better.All of my kids make me feel better but this one is different.She has a contagious smile and a laugh that makes you smile.She knows just when I need a hug and a snuggle.Lately she has become very independent and talks like no tomorrow.

What we have been up to

I have been feeling a bit better and feeling like maybe just maybe this flare is almost over.The sun was out so I took Miss Mack out shopping.She needed some new boots and some new underclothes so off we went.I am so glad she is like her Mamma and loves to shop but wont buy things at full price.She got a new Edison Jr set and some sweet boots /half price I might add).
Makayla shopped for chocolate.We got done and in the car just as it started to pour down rain.

It is time ..

To get out the coats and boots and put away the flipflops.

being from South Texas It amazes me that I have to drag this stuff out before the end of August.It has been in the low 50's at night and lows 60's in the daytime with alot of rain and wind.Living on the waters edge makes it feel colder as well.
